Shipping policy

Every batch of Cacao Space cacao is handcrafted in small batches, then packed with care and sent your way. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship. We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is a flat $3.00 per order, anywhere in the US. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, including subscriptions, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Processing time. Because each blend is made in micro-batches, orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours. During busy periods this can take a little longer.

Delivery. We ship with USPS.

Warm weather and delicate goods. Our cacao is a natural product that's sensitive to heat, and extreme weather or shipping delays can sometimes affect it. Please bring your order inside soon after delivery and check it when it arrives.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please take a photo and email us at contact@cacaospace.com. We'll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
