Your Basic Cacao Recipe
Here’s a great starting point for your daily ritual:
- 1 oz (about 28 g or about 2 tablespoons spoons) of chopped cacao
- 6 oz (about 180 ml) of hot water
- 1/4 oz( 7-10 g or 1 tsp) of sweetener (optional) – honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar—whatever you love
- Anything else you’d like – plant milk, spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne), collagen, or superfood powders
How to Make It
1️⃣ Place everything in your high power blender or use a hand blender right in your cup/small pot. I recommend warming your pot with water before.
2️⃣ Blend for about 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Pour into your favorite mug, take a deep breath of the rich, chocolatey aroma, and sip slowly, savoring every moment.
