• A safe place of communal support where you can Listen and be Heard
• A place to Celebrate your small wins, to Share, to offer
• A place to contemplate, be Silent, pull Inwards
• A place that offers Simple, attainable tools for your daily Mindfulness 
• A weekly boost of Minerals, nutrients and truly amazing Compounds offered by Cacao, including but not limited to magnesium, calcium, flavanols, Theobromine, Phenethylamine, tryptophan and anandamide. 
• A supportive Tool for your body and mind

Come to listen, to think, to focus, to share. Come to be a part of the group, to belong and create connection. 

Gathering Outline

• Start of Gathering at Bevri Los Altos at 325 Main Street, Los Altos
• Announcing the theme of the week 
• Serving ceremonial cacao drink that is freshly made before you
• Theme focused guided connection with cacao
• Silent contemplation or sharing
• End of Gathering

Requests from the host and useful tips

1. Come on time. We plan to make our gatherings quite short and be respectful of our time.
2. Avoid drinking caffeine on the morning of your cacao gathering.
3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
4. Think about what comes up for you today, formulate an intention for yourself.
5. Be mindful of your body, observe how you respond to cacao, and journal what comes forward for you after.
6. Bring your idea/request for the theme of our next gathering. If you need us to hold space for something important for you today, contact me and I will include that into our meeting. I will also have a theme suggestion jar available. 
7. Walk-ins are welcome.
8. Our special single origin chocolate will be available for purchase if your stock needs to be refilled.
